Introduction to the Volunteer Community Defense Force Initiative

At present, events happening in the U.S, Eastern Europe, and Asia are showing the world "both friends and foe" that we have vulnerabilities. Without an existing local community defense force to help local first responders when overwhelmed, we will continue to see law and order deteriorate and eventually social collapse. At times of international conflict, "like in the past," the U.S military will need most of the National Guard troops and resources to aid them overseas or on our borders, leaving local communities even more vulnerable to social unrest. Our adversaries must know that our citizens are ready, "if needed," to defend our homeland if our National Guard defense forces are ever overwhelmed.

During WWII, a volunteer local community defense force was created to be at the ready and aid local first responders when overwhelmed. The Department of Defense still openly recommends that all local communities establish a community defense force to help protect the communities and families of service men and women. There are millions of patriotic Americans from within 42 thousand communities (zip codes) with the knowledge and experience willing and able to do what is needed to aid in the defense of their community.

All anyone has to do to form a VCDF in your community is to simply mention interest to volunteer to do so at your local VFW or American Legion. If they don't have one already established, tell them you wish to start one. Begin by asking local retired or off-work EMS, law enforcement, and defense-related professionals to volunteer their time to establish training sessions allowed by law in your local state and county.

It is hereby recommended at this time for retired defense and law enforcement personnel to encourage all Americans to connect with the VCDF to volunteer their time, experience, and/or, if possible, their resources to immediately support the VCDF initiative. This will provide all American citizens a method of direction and communication to channel their efforts to help protect their local communities and country as well.

Please support this concept now by following, sharing, or reposting a link to this website and printing up copies or posters at local halls and establishments so it may be quickly and efficiently implemented by U.S citizens everywhere. It is highly recommended that each locale, by practice, be decentralized, self-managed, keep no centralized contacts list, and communicate peer to peer only.

Attention: The VCDF should be open for all patriotic, law-abiding American citizens to participate and have no political relationships.

Thank you for your patriotism
